Hi Shu, Yes. We have programs designed for foreign investors. No credit score, no US income required. You qualify on the perspective rental income. I can give you detailed information and a rate quote.

Hi Richy, We do DSCR loans for STRs. Our DSCR programs work for long term, mid term and short term rentals. Airbnb ok. You qualify on the perspective rental income. No W-2 or tax return required. No limit on number of financed properties. I can send you some detailed info and give you a quote.
