@Nathan Fridley that is great to hear.  I am so glad you have had success.  I agree sometimes getting things rented is a bit tough but a lot of the investors I have talked to aren't having much trouble thus far.  

@Joanna Alexis I have actually not joined REI NWA yet. I was going to a meetup that is not currently going on with the virus. REI NWA is the the group to be in for sure as they are the largest and put on some great events! I hope you enjoy it as they have really interesting topics of discussion. Let know how it goes!

@Nathan Fridley Congrats on your closing and finding a renter, it is for sure an emotional rollercoaster.  Watch for meetup postings once virus stuff settles down.  Glad you're hooked, investing is a lot of fun for sure!

Way to go!  A trade is so valuable, your six day a week schedule demonstrates that ;).    Keep your focus and you will be able to accomplish your goal.  Don't give up if the going gets tough, there might be set backs along the journey but keep pressing on.
