@Fata Pez

Highly recommend Tim Bratz's Legacy Mastermind Group.

I recently joined and have been able to network and learn like never before.

@David W.

Hey man!

Of course, there are financial news sites like Bloomberg and CNBC.

For real estate specifically, The Real Deal is awesome for keeping up-to-date on not only the market, but also seeing what the big players are acquiring.

Regardless, I think the best way is by joining a group of people who are actively investing in real estate because those are the people at the front lines.

I would highly recommend you check out Tim Bratz's stuff. I know he's got a private group with big movers and shakers in the industry.

@Ligmon Williams Firmly believe that Tim Bratz could mentor you like no other.

I had him on my podcast a few months ago and he was nothing short of informative.

@Kaylee Walterbach

Although I'm currently not in the position to say what has contributed to my individual growth, I have sat down with many real estate investors and entrepreneurs who have said it comes down to the connections you make.

Tim Bratz, a multi-family investor with over 4,000 doors, told me that getting in the right circles with ambitious movers will completely alter your psychology for the better.

I would absolutely check him out because he's helping thousands of investors across the country scale their portfolios.

Tim Bratz is a Cleveland native and is a big player in the multifamily space.

Definitely check out his content and see if you can connect with him.

I would even cold email him.

You have nothing to lose!

@Sander Steenacker

You're not missing anything. Very likely the region, but also the macro state of the economy.

I would see what big time investors are doing right now given everything that's going on.

For me, Tim Bratz has been incredibly helpful addressing my questions about real estate investing. He owns over $400 million in real estate, and despite the current state of the economy, he is still pursuing deals.

@Antonio Cypert

I wouldn't limit myself to how much I have saved.

If the deal is right, there will be investors out there looking to be limited partners in the deal.

I would check out Tim Bratz to see how he structures his syndications with other people's money. Had him on my podcast. He's awesome

@Jeffrey Bollo

Hey man!

Totally relate as I'm starting my journey as well.

I would definitely check out Tim Bratz. He's been incredibly helpful with any questions I've had.

Through him, I've also been able to network with other real estate entrepreneurs who are actively acquiring and managing deals.

Getting in the right circles is essential!

@Tom Keller

I think that there's no reason why you can syndicate these deals and use OTM while taking a piece of equity for yourself as the General Partner.

Finding a mentor is crucial. There are a ton of real estate investors/entrepreneurs willing to help out.

Tim Bratz has been incredible helping me on my journey. He's awesome if you want to get into the multi-family space.

And of course, there are people like Grant Cardone posting content regularly.

Hope this helps even a little!
