Exactly as @Nathan Gesner said and more specifically, In Georgia, your Broker has to know about any real estate related duties you are conducting. Regardless if it's paid or unpaid.

Hey @Asim Alam, have you found someone to help you?

I believe using a wholesaler for your first deal could go either way honestly. I would suggest doing alot of research and networking to find one in your area that does a lot of volume. Along the way, you could run into good contractors or several other useful professionals to add to your contacts. There is also always the option of finding a partner who can already bring some of these things to the table and could help reduce your risk when doing your first flip.
