It's that time again folks (and sorry for the late post)!

We didn't have a meet up in January so I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and catching up on Monday!

As always, we'll be getting together starting at 6:30pm on the patio at The Brass Tap in South End (don't worry it's enclosed and heated!) to have drinks, appetizers, and of course real estate discussion & networking!

Everyone is invited no matter the experience level (even @Troy Knight) and as always, bottles and cans will be half off and appetizers will be half off for meet up attendees.

The Brass Tap is located at 1440 S. Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28203.

Hope to see you all there and I look forward to catching up!

If you know you'll be able to make it please RSVP on here!

@Abhijeet Gavli echoing what everyone else here is saying - I do not think this property makes sense to hold. If you can free up a nice chunk of equity to lever into several lower priced rentals (or a small multi) you will see better ROI. You say you bought at 325 last year - what is the FMV now?

I have noticed quite the opposite!  The older vets seem to admire the fact that I've gotten into the game so early and are usually more than happy to provide advice - usually they say something like "You remind me of me when I was your age" or "I wish I'd started as young as you...let me know if there is anything I can do to help!"

I always approach my interactions with fellow investors from the perspective of how I can add value to their investing and that has been a great approach thus far.

Don't get too caught up in worrying about what others think of you!  There's no place in this game for self-defeating thoughts!

@Ryan Battista we've seen the same thing in Charlotte with our marketing.  We've recently pivoted a bit and are buying raw land to do new construction in Charlotte - just got an accepted offer on two lots in the HOT Belmont neighborhood.  If you come across any land please hit me up.

I would also be interested in deals in Rock Hill for buy and hold...especially multi-family.

Systematizing our business to better handle all of our current projects!  Making myself more available for family time as we have our first little one on the way!

@Jon Sidoti what Jeff said is spot on.  Kudos to you for taking action, but you will find that DM is all about the numbers and you'll need to up your volume considerably.  Best of luck!

Welcome to the Queen City @Justin Bilancia.  What size multifamily asset are you interested in?  @Curtis Waters I would be very interested in any multifamily deals that come across your desk in the Charlotte MSA.

Congratulations @Willow T.!!

Welcome @Michael Krosky you've come to the right place! I see you're in Cary - is that where you're also looking to invest?
