Hi All! I am officially under agreement on my first flip. I have a Google Sheet going with preliminary numbers, but I am wondering if anyone has any tried and true spreadsheets (or inexpensive and modern software programs) to help me keep track of budgets and expenses throughout the duration of the project. Very open to different suggestions. I can send my email if you have something to email over.

@Paul Ireland thank you! Yes true single family and my thought was rent it out for $750ish per bedroom (counting 4 bedrooms only because the 5th is basically a closet). 

I am a full time real estate agent and rookie investor searching for my first deal, likely in the Worcester Area. Please let me know what you guys think about the rent estimates and the rehab costs (being optimistic with just painting and installing new carpeting in the bedrooms) as well as any other aspects you have input on. Anything helps. TIA!
