Thanks John! Definitely exciting to do something new again. But I have to restart making connections for all the trades I have been blessed to work with in NJ.

I have recently purchased a home for STR in Corolla, NC, and I am looking to connect with some Investor-Friendly GC and Architect (if required) in the Currituck Area. I am looking for the potential of a long-term business-to-business relationship as I am looking to acquire more properties in the area once this one is setup.

I want to do an addition for a master suite, renovate the interior, and update the exterior. I have my scope and schematic design done and am looking for someone to take it to the permit drawing stage and manage the permitting and some of the construction this winter and spring. I will do some of the labor with my crew.

Some background: I have flipped over 20 properties and currently own 20 long term rentals. I have an architectural engineering background, and also licensed contractor in NJ, Licensed real estate broker in NJ and agent in PA.

I am new to coastal investment. I just bought an oceanfront home in Corolla, NC, and will renovate it for STR. Definitely having a lot of butterflies like my first few investments, but I wanted a WOW property and the numbers seems to work. The home has been built for 30years and the sandune has been increasing in size (the beach walkway had to be redone due to the old one is under 4' of sand). So maybe in a few years i can give an update.
