Hi, my name is Grace Andres and I am currently living in Wilton Manors, Florida. I am a newbie to Multi Family/ Apartment Bldg. investing, but I am so Psyched to get involved!! I have 10 years experience flipping SFR here in S Florida, and on Long Island, NY. I also, had my NYS RE Sales Associates license for about 8 years, but quickly realised the real money was in investing. Making connections while in a RE office was definitely the slight advantage I needed to get started. But, now I see the way to quit my JOB, was to go to Multi Family Investing and make it work for me. I would appreciate any locals (Realtors, investors, mentors, newbies) to give me a shout out, and let's start to make some connections, and deals happen!! I am new but VERY ENTHUSIASTIC & excited for what I am about to go "head in" first. I'll be attending a "boot camp" for Multi Family investing, just to get familiar with making these types of deals, totally for the "hands on" experience. I hope to have a pretty good understanding of what, where, and when to look for in these types of properties, market myself alot, as well as meet like minded individuals, as well as investors, and new deals!!
