Thanks Michael! It would be helpful to us if you could give us how you started the process. Did you bought your parents house below the market price? Is it easy to get a loan? We still paying our primary home.

What is the best way to buy my parent's house and get it rented as my first investment. Me and my wife currently have a home that where paying. We think that my parent's house is a good investment for us to start a rental house. Hopefully we can get any idea how to start.
