@Christopher Goldie, I am out of town just now, but a google view looks pretty reasonable.

Looks like a large lot and a nice brick home. The address is in North Charleston, rather than Charleston.

Ryan, I met Cole last Monday at are local BP Meet-up, he is local and working a BRRR Duplex now and has other Buy and HOlds.

Cole, Ryan is my grandson who is temporarily out in San Diego. can't find anything reasonable out there. I can help out with eyes on any project.

@Tasha Beal, I would hold off until you get your first job and know where you will be. I strongly suggest you read @Scott Trench's book "Set for Life" now and follow his thoughts.

He will give you great advice on getting ready to get your life style and finances inorder to proceed into your first REI property as well how to locate a property to house hack relative to your new employment. A Great Read, well thought out and written.

That should get you off on the best foot possible.

OK, Shall we try it again? I have the Patio at Steel City Pizza on Dorchester Rd, North Charleston set for another 3rd Monday of the month BP Meet up. That is 7:00PM on July 17, 2017.

Perhaps @Jason Ellis, or another PRO member can put up our notice in the correct place?
