Hi. I would like insurance for the property I’m bidding on after I win the bid at auction. I know there are people occupying the property. I’m sure they will try to be spiteful and damaged the property. Does anyone know what kind of insurance I can get.

Well I work through Mont. County. They have a online web site. I do all my leg work thier first before doing my own title searchies at the court house. I'm very sure Phila has a website as well. Sorry about the short hours. Hey come over to Mont. Great stuff less people to compete with. Let me know how it works out in Phila.

Hey. Would you be interested in a dvd that teachies people how to do a title search.

I thought a lot of the properties I was looking over were way to cheap when doing my cost averagies compared to property equity left over after all cost. Well these properties didn't even come to auction. Mostly what come was the last few homes which would just make 15,000 or so. I wanted to take the chance, but I using loaned money 6 months to get the seller out another 3 months to sell tacks on an addition 9,500 to my cost leaving me with 4,500. Any success stories that can motivate me to go on. thanks every one.
