@Mike M. I found this on old posting of Craig's List. I was just looking and found 3 properties, 1 sold, 1 not my taste and this one. I called, went out and signed contract same day. BTW. did I tell you my partner, contractor and I have a long relationship of me finding him jobs and also being great friends.

@Summer Segeleon yes I would believe you do. Anyone can change their mind and come after you. Did they not do probate? You might get a real estate attorney to draft a document holding you harmless and having it signed by ALL Children. Without title, you won't be able to sell home. Good Luck. Tom
