This house needs some work to be rent ready. The Roof is OK, it has a newer water heater, newer AC handler, and the outside unit looks okay too. I would put a new bathtub enclosure around the bathtub, and clean that up. And the house could definitely use a pressure washing, paint job inside and out, new carpet and appliances. But the house is solid, and was rented as of a few months ago. Tenants just left it in pretty bad cosmetic shape, as you can see from the pics.
This house should rent for $900/month without any trouble (that's what it rented for before). House is located on a nice quiet street in the High Point area of Clearwater, and has a fenced in back yard, and carport.
