Quote from @Richard Loniewski:

Best thing to do is look for an investor friendly agent that is willing to help with comps. When I started out several agents never got back to me as well but eventually found a few agents that were willing to help and I made them a lot of money! LOL

Thanks for your response Richard. I will have to start networking with agents. How did you personally reach out to them?

Quote from @Noah Laker:

Hey Fabian, it helps to have a great real estate broker on your team who can use MLS direct data to run comps on ARV. Realtor.com sales data probably has what you need but you'll have to decipher it carefully. Make sure to adjust comps based on differences from your subject property. Plenty of free online resources for this brotha.

Hi Noah,

Only a real estate broker would have the MLS direct data to run comps on ARV? And Realtor.com and Redfin don't have pictures of the properties sold, but I am just trying to decipher if the properties were flipped or not by the description.

Thanks for the response.

Hey guys, new wholesaler here. I was wondering what you guys use to run comps? I have started using Redfin, but I don't have many sold properties with pictures to determine if the sold properties were flipped. Zillow does the same thing. I tried Trulia and Realtor.com as well. The description leaves me guessing if the properties are really flipped or not. I reached out to the Real estate agents who sold the property and didn't get a reply.

What do you guys personally use when using comps?
