Hello @John Busch

Hope you are doing well.  Just wanted to inquire how it went. Did you attend the training? What was your experience like?  I am looking into RAL Academy. Would greatly appreciate any feedback

Hello,

I am trying to get more information on Lee Arnold's Capital Syndicate.  I looked at his presentation and it interested me. But it seems to good to be true.  Any updates?  Has anyone shown results with this program?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello. I have purchased properties in different states with local banks and commerical lenders and have never paid anything out of pocket. The only charge would be the appraisal and that they ask you for a credit card.  Everything else is paid at closing.  Have you asked why this is not paid at closing?  Have they given you an estimate of costs?

Hello BP Members,

Hope you are all doing well. My name is Evelyn S. Echevarria and I live in a small town called Riverbank, CA. One of the charms of living in a small town is being near nature and having a close knit community. I enjoy being able to walk my dogs to the fruit stand to get the freshest produce that is locally grown.

I feel very fortunate for having found the Bigger Pockets Community. Actually, it was my husband, Richard that found your site. We both have learned so much from reading the forums and listening to the podcasts. There is a lot to learn and consider when purchasing real estate.

We are looking to build our portfolio by investing in multi-family properties. Our strategy is to buy and hold and have a steady stream of passive income. Presently we have a couple of SFR but we are looking into purchasing property out of state.

We are looking forward to building new relationships and learn everything we can about real estate investing.
