I am selling 6 Fully Renovated properties. When i say renovated I mean: New Sheetrock, New Plumbing System with new plastic pipes, New Electrical Wiring done, Central Heating System and New Boilers, New Laminate and Appliances etc...... 2 of the properties are almost fully renovated, we began work on the 3rd property today.  and we will start work on 3 others next week. As soon as we finish renovating the property we put in a section 8 tenant. This is a package deal consisting of 6 Properties for - 

• $394,000 - Total
• $63,636/year income (after all expenses including the management fee)
• 16% Cap Rate (If you buy each property separately it's 15% Cap)
