We have been using Buildium for a few years now and really like it. However, we manage multiple properties for multiple property owners so it checks the boxes in that regard.

Winter is definitely harder but we find that Facebook marketplace and Zillow still work great no matter the time of year. We started utilizing self-showing lockboxes as well on our vacant units which has helped tremendously since interested parties are able to go at any time (within reason). We also really make sure to touch every lead that comes in!
