I would hold onto the house if its possible for a little bit more. Later on take a equity loan equal to the amount of appraised value -30k. Take that and put it as a down payment on another home?  Based on the numbers you shared if you make a little over equity you should keep it. The gurus of this forum say if you make atleast 200$ you should rent it. i wouldnt worry about maintenance so much unless the house is in real bad shape. only the repairs required by law are necessary.

if someone is paying for it, say your employer, go for it. BUT dont get it from just any school else its pointless like many said here. Either get it from the best or the cheapest. Nothing in between. Cheapest one will give you much needed essentials, kinda like a cheap car or a hut. But these days much of these can be learned without going to MBA school. i would do it only part time.
