@Rod Desinordi have a direct mail campaign going on as well. i am thinking about restarting it though.

i figured since referrals is #1 way to generate business, that door knocking would be the best way to start out.  door to door asking for referrals, they see my face and have a little more trust in me

I am a new realtor and want to gain quick business. Yesterday here on BP someone said that i should walk around door to door and ask for referrals and i definitely think i am going to do that.

Is it a good way to get quick referral business?

should i do it on a weekend? or is during a weekday fine.

has anyone done this first hand? how was your success

im a new agent and had a lot of old leads from my direct mail campaign, so i had a little bit of a head start.  i tried following up with all those old leads and didnt get anything from them (but i may in the future).

What is the best way to get some deals NOW.  i cant afford to keep waiting 6 months in the future to get a deal, i need to start producing something within 1-3 months.

do you suggest i start a payper click campaign or start up a new direct mail campaign

is spending $500/mo to pay someone towards my pay per click campaign a good price?

i spoke to the company for about two hours and they weren't pushy, but they explained everything.

$300 of that is going towards the campaign.

they are going to build me a new website.

i thought it sounded good, but i didnt know if anyone had any first hand experience

as a real estate agent, is $500/mo enough money for an aadword campaing? i want to be spending 80% of time with sellers and 20% with buyers.

i want to make sure i am making a positive ROI if i were to start an adword campaign

Post: how to get the most out of Open houses as a real estate agent

open houses pretty much stink as far as trying to sell a house through one.  The main reason is to capitalize on getting buyer leads.

Any advice on how to capitalize the most out of an open house to find buyer leads?
