Hi Clifton,

I specialize in the Palm Springs area (Palm Springs to Indio).  Yes, the Coachella Music Festivals is impacting the desert region.  Daily rental rates during the festivals vary dramatically depending on the size, location and amenities of single family homes.  Perhaps you can tell me the price range, and all other particulars, you are focused in with this income property.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I am very familiar with the area you are interested in. Please remember that our desert area is seasonal.  If you rent year-round, rent will be much less than if you rent seasonally.  Renting seasonally will captivate more income, but can leave you some months without any renter.
