Welcome to Victory Capital Groups March Multi-Family Meetup!

This should be our last monthly meetup of virtual only. Hopefully next month we will be in person and virtual.

For March's meetup the topic will be underwriting/deal analysis for small multi-family 2-4 units (up to 20 units really) and large multi-family 20+ units. Dante will pull live deals from the MLS and analysis them for small multi as well as pull up OM's from large multi-family properties that are currently for sale. We look forward to meeting with everyone.

I am a Syracuse investor real estate agent, an investor myself as well as I host a zoom meet up for investors monthly in this market and a podcast. 15% cash on cash is very normal in this market and I would say with some of those older properties, due to high risk you will have high reward allowing you to get an even higher cash on cash more like 25% to 30%!
