I am looking to invest more in overseas properties. I have made one investment in Thailand last year and that went very smooth however, I would like to be able to get legal advice, contract review, etc related to future purchases as an individual and through my Solo 401K. 

Currently looking at property in Cozumel Mexico and Brazil.

Hi John,

There is a local meet up group the 3rd Monday of each month in Kingsport.

I plan to attend this month. I work out of the country most of the time and am happy to be on break this time and attend. Maybe see you there.

I am searching for recommendations for an outstanding tax person that is savvy in solo 401k, national and international real estate taxes as well as Foreign Earned Income and that exclusion.

The perfect person would be able to not only prepare the tax returns but offer guidance and advice throughout the year.

I am getting some preliminary paperwork together for a private money lender. Aside from the financial paperwork this lender is requesting a "resume".  Unfortunately I am drawing a blank as to structure and content of a resume for this purpose. 

Looking for some feedback from others that may have run across this same thing or may even have an example I could build from.
