Hello all. Glad to be a part of the community. I'm really excited about diving into real estate investing and purchasing my first investment property. I'm interested in multifamily houses but I would like to get more info about market analysis. I'm currently located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia with intentions of relocating to Las Vegas in 3 years but I'm unsure about what market I want to purchase in. I understand that with technology and a good team behind you it's possible to purchase a house in any market. So my question is, What are some key indicators to look at when choosing a market to invest in?
