speedysigns.com is a great vendor, good price and they got an easy to "design your sign tool". Depending on your budget, there are also some youtube videos to "do it yourself"; actually some said those got a better response. It´s all about trial and error, remember it´s a numbers game, the more, the better. Have your message clear, local phone number, good size and colors. Look also mapquest to set your strategy to put them, ask for help to see on the MLS where properties are going off the market and where cash closing are being made, that helps to identify where investors are looking... hope this helps!

Hi. I just ordered 100 signs. Following Dev Horn advice I think I´m gonna target 4 areas (10 sq.ml). I´m new to Anchorage so I´m gonna use MLS to identify areas where cash offers are being made and houses are going off the market, any tips of how and what to look on the MLS to make the best of it? thanks for any advice!
