Finally I see someone else from Charleston. I live in Crowfield in Goose Creek.

I'm planning on taking my pre-licensing real estate training later this year. Where are you taking your training and do you consider the training to be “up to par”?

Buying the house in downtown, fixing it up, and moving on, … sounds like an excellent plan.

Hi everyone !! I'm ready to buy my first property, but want to do thing right. I still have not found a great resource on the subject of LLC, land trust, generation weath, .... can anyone suggest a book, etc. ?
