Unfortunately your price ranges a little while. Lauren Connor of the days of any condos at 100,000. There’s some great opportunity in a complex I know that’s not a lot of problems. Most people don’t know it but some of the owners have cleared over 50,000 in less than two years in addition to their rental fees..

The Gulf will never be moved or shut down. The Galveston STR market only continues to get better. I have managed for 12 years. We do very well on the island. We also are close to major airports which is key. Many choose us for that sole reason versus Padre and Corpus. We also have UTMB and the convention center. Houston guests always head down to fill in our last minute openings since Houston is just an hour or so away.

Who did you speak to? We have investors daily flocking to the island. I actually have a lot, worn architectural plans for sale in an up and coming area on the island.

Ins can vary depending on if you spoke with a reputable party that knows the island.

My real estate brokerage specializes in vacation rental purchase and management. My husband is a contractor as well. We also own a cleaning company that focuses on vacation rentals.

The beach is open 365 days a year with an awesome climate. It’s in the 70s today and was in the 80s last week.

We would be happy to help you when you are ready.

I understand. If you have something you want to advertise then do so. The vague statement does not make any sense to me.
