it's my understanding, that an LLC should be taken out in Nevada, because they have everything set up so well that it is impossible fo someoneto win a law suit against you, even if you are in another state.....

Hello, My name is Carolyn,I am a retired truck driver who has always been interested in real estate and at one point quit driving truck got my realtors lic, didn't know what I was doing and failed. I am NOW ready to commit all of my time and learn as much as I can. I just did a 3 day seminar..gotta say that was mind blowing. I live in Lawrence,Ma and I'm interested in wholesaling
