I would get references and verify them and the relationship. Everyone blows smoke, the references will at least give you a little more insight.

Hi, Matt. Thanks for the warm welcome! I lived in Fayetteville for 7 years while I was in the army and school, so essentially I'm returning. Excited to expand my business to the NC market. Let me know if you'd like to grab coffee and talk REI sometime.

I never intended on becoming a Real Estate Agent. I think a lot of people love Real Estate Investment and through a series of bad experiences, they decide that they need to be able to access MLS, write offers, etc. instead of relying on someone else. I have had a great experience with it so far.

You don't have to become an agent. Buy books, listen to podcasts, go to meet ups. All of these things will expand your Real Estate knowledge.

Hello Gregory Kawa and welcome to the BP community. I’m a realtor in the Palm Springs market. I think it is an important acknowledgement that their was a recent vote to targeting short term rental investments. However, the vote was decisively against it (over 68%). So we still have the short term rental investment green light here and I personally don’t expect it to change in the near future. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
