Quote from @Michael Dumler:

@Brenden Tyler McHan, if you live in Summerville, I recommend you start exploring the Cartersville rental market, many of my clients have had success finding and acquiring deals there. Moreover, there is a Cartersville investment meet-up organized here on BP, @Mitchell Johnson is the host. If interested, I can connect you with several lenders to help get the ball rolling. If you have any real estate-related or ATL market-specific questions feel free to reach me via cell or email (contact info is listed in my bio).

Thank you so much for the advice, I work my w-2 job in cartersville so I am already familiar with the area and look forward to looking for deals in that area.

I live and work in the Northwest Georgia Area and am looking for experienced investors, agents, lenders etc to grow my network.

I live in a very low income area, and don't have great credit. Getting a mortgage from the bank is close to impossible for me and most homes in the area are in need of total rehabs or are mobile homes that don't sell well or have expensive land leases tied to them. Any suggestions on what I can do to get my foot in the door in this area?
