Hi Everyone!

I'm looking for yall's advice and awareness of any sponsoring brokers that charge their agents only a transactional fee?  I'm looking to utilize my license for personal investments and don't wan't to lose out on the large commission cuts from bigger organizations.  Ideally, I'd love to find a group that allows for residential and commercial.  I'm aiming to get my license in CA, CO and WA to start.  Any suggestions or advice is welcome!

Thanks,

Blake

Hi BiggerPockets community!

My name is Blake Eitreim. I’m new to the Real Estate Investing world, but have quickly realized the benefit of getting exposure to individuals who understand the ropes of Real Estate.

I've recently transitioned out of a role working with a VC firm as an analyst, but hope to find my way into the Real Estate Investing world. The more I've read about REI, the more I've seen a lot of similarities between the underwriting and due diligence process of prospecting investments.

That being said, if you or anybody you know could use some additional hands on deck as an acquisition analyst in the form of an internship/apprenticeship, I’d love to talk more!

Thanks,

-Blake

Bigger Pockets Network -

Does anybody have any good experiences with updated and reliable Real Estate reporting/data/research tools?

I understand its not the conventional bigger pockets strategy, but it seems it would be helpful to understand changing market trends in a county/city/state/nation etc.

All suggestions and comments welcome!

@Craig Curelop

Just got the chance to listen to some great podcasts read one of BP's books.  Both have been a great introduction to what there is to tap into on Bigger Pockets.

On a side note - Came across your recent article about parting ways with Bigger Pockets.  Looks like you've got a great road ahead!

Thanks for the tip @Dan Mackin!  I'll definitely be on the lookout for more events in the future to attend.  Seems like a great spot to rub shoulders with other people in the industry!

Hi Everyone-

My name is Blake Eitreim! I'm a recent college grad, new resident of Denver and eager to jump on the bandwagon to learn about REI from others through Bigger Pockets.

My sister recently started working for Bigger Pockets and has sparked my curiosity enough to try and transform Real Estate Investing into a career. As a finance major, I only skimmed the surface of Real Estate, but want to continue to gain more exposure.
