Does anyone know if Texas requires a filing with the state and what that process looks like when using an out-of-state LLC? I know some states do and some do not.

I appreciate the help!

Love what you guys are doing at BP, especially this feature.

Any chance that we as Investors can someday look to BP Insights so we can literally type in the market that we're currently in, or look to any market for that matter and be able to pull data from each and every city in the US? That would give us so much purchasing power when looking and comparing markets to invest in!

Do any of you have properties that are currently managed in the Linden Heights and Belmont area?

I'm looking for a referral. I've used Vic Green Realty to manage, but I'd like some other referrals..

Thanks!

@Sean Grabow

Hey Sean!

I began my Investing career in the Dayton market. I still am actively looking, as well as looking in Columbus. I look strictly for long-term buy-n-holds. I too, will be working toward direct-to-seller marketing, so that I can find the deals myself to have more options.

Let’s definitely connect.

@Remington Lyman @Zeke Liston but doesn't most of those areas that you mentioned ie: Hilltop, Linden, Whitehall have high vacancies, crime, theft etc?

I've been told more northwest areas in Hilltop, closer to Westgate the better. The more north you go in Linden the better ( North Linden), and I haven't heard a whole lot of good about Whitehall just in general.

Would you both disagree, or what is your perspective?
