I'm thinking of starting a weekly mastermind for investors considering Cleveland as a place to get started. A lot of people have the same questions and are just looking for some support as they get started. Let me know if this is of interest and we can start sharing resources, ideas, and hopefully highlight some wins. 

Hello BP! I am part of a 5-member mastermind group that meets Thursdays at 4:15 EST. This group was formed through the purchase of the BP Intention Journal, so we were randomly put together by BP. We've had 2 members drop out, and we'd like to bring some new life to the group. We have one member with no deals, one with 2 deals, and one who is somewhere between 2 and 5, I believe. We are all located in or near the east coast. If you're interested, please reach out! 

 I think he may have meant the utility company for that property, but an in-area property management company could help you with an estimate too.

I have found it super easy to reach out to whoever the company is. They are usually good at replying within a day or two. 

 Hey Babatunde. Cleveland is a great area for cash flow and appreciation as long as you gain area knowledge or connect with experts in the area who can help. Many good cash flow neighborhoods are directly next to ones that are well...not so much.
