Hey Thomas! Based off your area of course, sounds like you have the right idea to pull those funds to invest! I'm not sure if your in SFHs or Multi but either way the numbers should be better for you long and short term by reinvesting those funds. Best of luck!

1. It will save her time from having to obtain those alternate options.

2. Any payment service will provide some type of receipt and/or confirmation that she has paid.

My experience has been the electronic payments methods are just so much more convenient for tenants. Best of luck!

Hey BP community! I'm currently attempting to get a 3rd property. I have been looking into SFH homepath properties and I see that it is only 10% down for investors. How accurate is this? Has anybody gone through this route? Seems like a great idea!

@Mike Dacc Would living in an apartment save you money over living in the first unit of the duplex? I currently have a duplex and rent the second unit, so far it's worked great! It really comes down to the numbers on both listed scenerios.
