Hi Matthew. 

I was just searching online for the same information and found an online Pre-license course for $148.20, the fee for taking the real estate exams is $71.00, and the original license fee for a real estate salesperson license is $170 for the first two years. I'm not sure about the MLS fees, so if anyone else can answer that question, that would be great!
