Hey! We have been there once, going back in August. We wholesale ATM so haven't done a "buy and hold" We chose Vegas because they have some great deals, great schools and the numbers just work :) We also found a couple of really amazing realtors there too to start forming our power team so that makes it a lot easier for us while we are on the other side.
