We are looking for the standard Pasco House. We just had an investor purchase a chunck of our porfolio, so we need to buy another 10 properties in the next few months. 

At least a 2+Bed, 1+ Bath, 950+ Sq Ft, Block, Outside of an A or AE flood zone, No sinkhole homes unless engineering report is available. 

Depending on the Rehab, we typically buy anywhere from 25-35K 

<15 Miles off U.S 19 in Holiday, Port Richey & New Port Richey (would consider Hudson or Springhill)

I know this post is from over a year ago, but the contractor we've been using to renovate our rentals is below. If you know of any good deals in the area, let me know! We are looking to buy more.

If you do a search in google for Florida title search, there are several companies that come up that can provide you with a full title search. A couple local ones i've found are below. (have yet to use fyi) They typically run around $50.

If you are looking for a good local title company, i'd recommend Southeast Professional. Our company does most of our refinance files through them & they've always been great.

Hey Paul,

I don't know if you ever got a chance to go to the bootcamp, if you did you would have found out that Rick and the HIS Real Estate team are the Real Deal!

If not, here is what I think of Rick and the HIS Real Estate Team.

I am currently one of Rick's mentoring students and I have been extremely pleased with him and his team thus far. There is a lot of big name trainers in this business and I have dealt with some of them. Rick has been by far the most saavy and informed mentor that I can tell really wants me to succeed personally and in business, very hard to find these days!

I wasn't able to go to last REI Bootcamp, but I know the are planning one for sometime this summer I will definitely be there. If your still able to come, I would highly recommend attending.
