Very helpful thank you everyone! My biggest concern about landlording is finding tenants and keeping it rented. I don’t mind interaction with tenants or dealing with fixes. I think I’m gonna try landlording mainly for the experience starting out. As I acquire more properties I’ll have to go through a company.

As a beginner real estate investor should I manage my own first property or go right away with a property management company? I work full time and am curious how many properties you all have managed while working a day job. Any reply is appreciated. Thanks!
