Hey @Aldo Zypce.  I'd love to connect.  I'm very familiar with central CT and have been playing this real estate game for 10 years (own 20 properties currently).  DM me and we can chat.

Hello Samuel,
I sent you a DM - Thanks

Quote from @Stephen Cornell:

There is a local real estate investing meetup that Brandon Rush hosts in New Britain at Belvedere restaurant on 3/17 from 530-8pm

I am a buy and hold investor/agent in Berlin CT and very familiar with your target areas, feel free to reach out if I can assist in anyway

Hello Stephen - Thank you for the provided information, I just DMed you. Thanks

Hello everyone,

Being a beginner in real estate, I have spent the last few months educating myself about different investing methods - between reading a variety of books and listening to different podcasts, I have come to the conclusion that buy and hold is the strategy I would like to pursue. My goal is to close on my first house-hacking property by the end of the year and some of the areas I am mostly interested on are Bristol, New Britain, Middletown, and Manchester.

Additionally, I would be interested to participate in any real estate group/meetup organized within CT - Please let me know how I can join.

Thank you
