Are you absolutely set on using a PM? You'd be surprised how little you need one in the beginning. 

What's your concerns for not having a PM? 

Hey Jordan, you might find some better luck asking in community groups on Facebook. I've found some great contractors through word of mouth there. I personally don't know anyone in the Drake area though.
