Hi Josh, I know this thread is about a year old, but we are looking at different mid-west markets and Lincoln, NE is on our list. I sent you a colleague request as well, but would love to learn more about great Lincoln neighborhoods for families vs. areas we might want to avoid buying property in.  Thanks in advance!
