Hello BP,

I have bee struggling to find a hard lender to finance a property I am going to buy they say it is too cheap for their loan amounts. I heard of lending club and it sounds promising. Any thoughts or concerns that any one would like to share or any tips on this form of financing.

I really enjoyed and it is a bit upsetting to find out it is fiction. It is a great story and personally found it was inspiring. Although after reading the book and going to the semirars there is one think one thing that I am not fond of. Rich dad poor dad in a way sells you the idea that beign an investor is very honky dory and I have learned from the little time I have been doing this that, that is not the case. It takes hard work and dedication just like in any other field not just inspiration and simple idea. So in conclusion I love the book very inpirational but dont think that the concept of the book is as easy as it sound. Its like the saying that says " Its simple but it is not easy".

It is an agreement stating that you and the owner had a meeting of the minds base on what he/she is looking for and what you offered is I think the most simple way to put it.

@John Chapman yes I think you hit the nail on the head there. Here is the deal, I am going to buy my first rental property shortly strickly for my business that is the property I will put in my LLC. In addition my brother asked if we would buy a house together in the next few months and that would be a personal residence for us so I would put that one under that my name. My question is, is that doable?

Yes!! Thank you all of you for your feedback @Chris Bounds @Marc Ramsay @Jon Holdman . I am putting a deal together for my first rental and found out the owner was only taking a cash offer I got a little creative. I just wanted to confirm it was doable.
