What is the concept of refinancing? Why would someone want to do it? What are the differences in the different types such as cash out refinancing, HELOC, and Home Equity Loan. I have heard of all these, but the concept of refinancing hasn't "clicked" yet.

What are ALL of your expenses on multifamily properties?  There are many common ones such as mortgage, utilities, cap ex, vacancy, landscaping, and more, but I was wondering if anyone had dealt with even more specific and small expenses than that. Please let me know!

I would recommend presenting your numbers on the property and other information in a way that is very clear to understand and keep it short!  Have confidence when you present it and ask many people.
