Hi Taxes only come into play on investment property valued over 250k which I wouldn't consider good cash flow property in the 2-4 unit size

Hey Sam! Coupe of thoughts. Areas around Obamas library are already overpriced because of the hype and lack of inventory. Also SFH are limited because when they are vacant there's zero rents pls pm me and I'd be glad to show you true cash flow areas

I love the taxes of Chicago because most of my investments are under 250k so they aren't subject to that tax hike! Also another way of getting taxes lowered is to hire competent attys that get them reassessed, which happens all the time!
