Excuses build a bridge to nowhere.

I would like to start of by saying thank you for joining and participating in my blog. My name is Louidji Joseph I am 34 years of age. Been married to my lovely wife for 10 years. I realize my passion for real estate while attending college. My freshman year I was assigned to work with a mortgage broker as a work study credit from the college attended. I found myself more intrigued with learning about real estate more then my course study.

Well time past and I eventually left the job because of it's seasonal status, but took with me the information I learned. A few years later at the age of 23 I found myself using that same knowledge to close on my first property. A two bedroom, two bathroom condominium. I must say that was one of the most learning but gratifying experience in my life.

I went on to learn allot about managing my property and making sure I don't loose it. I learn to rent it while staying with family members and gaining a cash flow. I learned to modify my property after feeling the affect of the market crash which affected real estate. I even learned to be patient as I watch my property appreciate in value.

As time went on I found myself making all the wrong decision and looking focus on real estate. I got caught up in illegal activities that ended me up in prison in January 2015 to January 2017. For two years while incarcerated I decided to refocus my attention to real estate and also reach out to some powerful leaders in the Entrepreneur and Real estate community. This rekindled my passion and love that I suppressed prior to being incarcerated.

Now my objective is to be that success story for others who've been through tough times. Showing them that our circumstances should not be an excuse to be greater then those circumstance. So with the help of others and being transparent I hope I can.help.and encourage others with this story and hope to keep you updated with my daily progress as you do the same with me.
