It was almost a clean sweep for increasing Denver-area home prices in 2012: December marked 11 straight months of year-over-year price gains, according to the CoreLogic Inc. December home price index report released Tuesday.

Those prices for the Denver-Aurora-Broomfield area grew 9.5 percent in December from a year earlier, including all distressed property sales, the report states. Though prices slid slightly from November to December, 0.5 percent, that’s normal for the annual seasonal slowdown.

All of these figures match up with the other data we've been seeing and posting here. the market continues to move in a very positive direction and there are no signs of it slowing down.
