A Nickel and a .06% Response Rate Won't Buy Me a Cup of Coffee in REI

Again, I feel bad for the absence. Fact is, though, virtually NOTHING has been happening. The calls have been sparse. All I’m really doing is spending an hour sending mailers once a month, and then waiting for a few calls to come up. I’ll let the stat line do the talking:

I’m not really sure were to go from here. I bought 400 more leads just because I had the money to send out a few more mailers. I’m well past my forecasted “cost per deal” and pacing well under 1% response rate. My follow up has been okay, albeit not fruitful. I'm going to see this through to the end like I planned, and we will see what happens. So far it’s been pretty underwhelming and I’m about $2000 grand in the whole.
