This simple app asks for Loan information, Expenses (OE), and Income (GI). The results can be exported as a pdf and emailed to partners.
• Homesnap: This app uses your phones GPS and camera to get instant information on any home you drive past. If you are driving for dollars and see a property you want to inquire about, just take a picture of the property. Homesnap knows where you are located and the address of the property. If the property is in the MLS, Homesnap displays the listing. If the property is not for sale, Homesnap gives you the address, bed/bath count, year built, sqft, estimated value, rental analysis, SmartZip Investor score, taxes, number of rooms, and comparables.
