It’s all 3rd grade Math!

Here are the numbers on a value add I’m currently working on in Cleveland OH.

Nice C-class building in a grade B neighborhood.

Tons of deferred maintenance.

16-units:12x 2-bed,2-baths and 4 x 3-bed 2baths.

I’m under contract for $640k.
