Manchester Market - 08/29/2016

Normal 1472476085 8

Multifamilies in Manchester, New Hampshire have been seeing an upward trend in the maximum price.  Many properties are listing that are much higher than the average sale price for that market segment.  We are slowly seeing an upward trend in the price.  If you're looking to buy in Manchester, the sooner you can invest, the better.  The two-family segment is currently holding a lot of inventory and thus is a good segment to target for purchases.  The three-family segment tends to sell faster, and is a better market to sell in.  The four-family segment is slow overall and lacks a lot of inventory.  Most of the properties for sale in that segment have been sitting for a long time.
