Manchester Market - 04/18/2016

Normal 1460991026 Mmm Update 04182016

More properties are coming up for sale in Manchester, New Hampshire every week.  There is a growing supply of two and three families, though we are still seeing a lot of properties going under contract within a week or two of being put up for sale on the market.  While the simple metrics show that the three-family segment has transitioned into a buyer's market, most of the new inventory that comes onto the market ends up selling quickly.  The market has a shortage of four-family inventory.
